Firstly, A data analyst is very helpful for businesses to use their datasets to solve critical problems and make insights from it which helps them to take important decisions:

  • Data collection — Gathering data from different sources such as company databases, surveys, and data sets from specialists.
  • Data preparation — Data analysts often have to clean, organize, and filter data to prepare it for analysis. This includes handling missing values and removing data that could lead to incorrect results. Also, sorting and formatting are key thing which we do on daily basis.
  • Data analysis — Data analysts can now use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and identify patterns, trends, and relationships between datasets.
  • Data visualization — Data analysts create charts, graphs, and dashboards to make data findings easier to understand where they pull the dataset which has been created earlier.
  • Reporting — Most important for Data analysts are to prepare reports and presentations to share their results with stakeholders.
